My life is snow

Another pretty picture for you. Snow snow and more snow. Alas I have to do some work even though technically my work is closed. I guess that's why I'm paid the big bucks. Ha. What are they going to do though if I don't do it? Fire me? Nah, I don't really have that attitude.

My back is feeling better after shoveling too much snow too fast. M helped me with my place yesterday, and because I could not shovel, he broke it into chunks that I could lift.

Of course, I'd rather be at his place because it's bigger and painted and overall neater. But I'm working on it. Finalizing the painting in the kitchen so I can get the electrical done. BTW, my anxiety level is decreased because I/we have decided that we will focus on selling M's place, and my place can wait. Either to sell it later, or for me to rent. Anyone have experience renting places? I am sure there are horror and good stories...

So, that's my life. I have to get back to painting. Damn how life gets in the way of my blogging and blog reading...

I can't wait to see your kitchen pics after you're done. What color are you painting it?

wowza! My sis is in Baltimore, they are supposed to get a ridiculous amount of snow today. It's been a crazy winter.

I'm glad you're feeling less pressured about your house.

That snow cut into blocks looks like the beginnings of your very own igloo.

After the initial first snow, I'm not a big fan. But I will say one positive thing about snow. It does slow life down. Glad you are feeling less stressed.

The snow is beautiful!...especially after it melts off.

Nice to hear your kitchen is progressing.

Okay then....snow--you got!

We had our share and I'm glad it moved on. Still contending with drifts, but that's pretty normal for here.

Boy--shoveling too much too fast really IS a pain that I hope you heal from quickly.

As for the house...truly, you're progressing nicely. Though I do agree with you, someone else's 'done', neat house will always look more inviting than the messiness of 'transitioning'.
Bit by bit--you'll be done with the transitioning. :-)
Then someone will be envying YOU.
(probably me! LOL)

I want to see what you have done.. and of course the end result of all that back breaking painting.. not the shovelling, although I can empathize with the shovelling..I am the one that does it all here anyways.. lol.. well I hope that seeling M's place goes well.. After buying this house I am all ready to get it done up nice so I can sell it..one day anyways..
