Regrets? Great! See How They Can Help You Now

Had this in my inbox and had to share, given the title. And since it's from Oprah.com, it has to be good, right? :-)

Could, Woulda, Shoulda
Stewart has shown that women who take action on the basis of their regrets -- getting a job if they felt they'd left the workforce prematurely, going back to school -- score higher on physical and psychological measures of well-being later in life. The key, she says, is acknowledging the thing you wish you'd done, or done differently, without fixating on it, and using it as a motivator to make changes

So ignoring it and hoping it'll stop hurting isn't the way, huh?
I'm actually planning a trip with Papa G and a major move that could both be traced back to old regrets. I'll let you know if it works...cross your fingers for me?

Well, it's one way but maybe not the best way...
Hmm... major move? Okey doke - crossing fingers for you!

That makes sense. I prefer to wallow in self-pity, however.

About the button, it's linking back to your blog for some reason and that's why you're getting the error. Did you copy the code exactly?

How about ignoring it, ice cream and alcohol?

Yay! I love the photo! Nice idea!

Those options are all good, in the short run. I've stuffed and stuffed and eaten (and rarely drunk), and letting it out is the only thing that works for me.

Fine. If you want to get all emotionally healthy instead of a good old binge and purge, more power to ya'!
Just kidding, well, not about the ice cream part...
Seriously though - it's weird timing... I'll post about it later and explain.
Glad you like the pic :)
