So, if a gay guy looks at you (a woman) and says with much sincerity, "you look good today", is that a good thing? Or, is he thinking you look like Cher?

Embracing the inner pink and living with intention and absurdity. I am woman, hear me roar.

It means you look good.
And I think Cher is hot...even in "If I Could Turn Back Time"..
How many feathers were you wearing?
I was hoping Susan...
MRT - well, I had stuck my hand in an outlet so my hair was out all over the place, so it may have looked like feathers. didn't think of that.
It means you look good. Most gay men I know who would comment on how good a woman looks, are way more in tune to fashion than most straight men. You were probably well put together. That's what I think.
Well, my trainer, who is not gay, did want me to train in the dress, so I guess it was that... :-)
a gay guy telling you that you look good is like your best girl friend telling you.
Yup, I'd say it's a very good thing.
Yeah, don't second guess a compliment! You looked good and that is that!
Coooooollll....
I used to work with a whole host of gay guys and I still do not understand them. This particular gay guy might have been sincere, but many of them are not, especially with women. But don't take my word for it, I am too straight to understand.
If he addressed you at any point in the conversation as "Miss Thang," you looked like Cher. Otherwise, you looked good!
Oops, that was Squirrel, not bleeding rainbow. Someone used my computer and must have forgotten to log off.
Doyou know who Bleeding Rainbow is??
Yes, she's a friend of mine; must have forgotten to log out when she checked her email on Sunday.
LMAO!
I must say, the moniker Bleeding Rainbow brings to mind some unpleasant images...
It's her roller derby handle, though I guess that's probably not one of the unpleasant images you were referring to.
