Cabbage Salad

1/2 head red cabbage shredded
4 spring onions chopped
3TB sesame seeds
1/2 c slivered almonds
1 pkg ramen noodles, uncooked

Dressing: 1/2 c sesame oil or saffron oil
3TB sugar
3 TB wine vinegar

Mix dressing.
Toast almonds and sesame seeds
Break up ramen noodles in package.

Combine all right before serving.

It's really easy and really tastes good. I would recommend the sesame oil or at least a combo.

Very, very similar to my favourite cole slaw recipe. I usually cut the sugar a bit though, and use Napa cabbage. Looks good!
