I prefer the terms seasoned and experienced to "old."
I had to lok at it for a little while. I cannot tell who has the most gray hair because of the flash. Good photo, very obscure at first.

Churlita - we're close enough not that I'm calling you old! Actually, I had gray hair starting in my early 30's so it's not really an indicator...
