Saturday Hunt - Tapped

I wish when removing the tile I had tapped the wall instead of pounding it, then maybe I wouldn't have a hole.

Ouch. That looks like one great big project. There is bound to be some collateral damage....

And this is a very interesting take on the word!

Yup tapping a wall is different than pounding it. There are times I wish I had been more gentle with home improvements.

I wonder what would have happened to the house if you had been trying to knock the wall down?

Wow.

Makes me wanna get the hammer out and get rid of a wall in the kitchen.

OH please keep me away from the hammer.......

Thanks Laura!
Tara, sometimes it's difficult to know when to be gentle.
Monty...well, there'd be no wall! Actually, that wall is pretty damn thin/brittle so it didn't take much to make a hole.
Mel... it's a great way to get rid of frustration!

This puts the wee cracks in my walls in perspective, so thanks! I'll mail you some spackle if I have any left when I'm done with my own repairs.

Squirrel, this job requires more than spackle. I personally think I should rebuild that entire wall it's so thin, but we'll see.

I'd say that was a little more than a tap. Is is fixable?
