Tara, green awning is the neighbor's. Don't think they'd like that. :-) My goal someday is to build a covered porch out front.
Laura, thanks so much. I hope it all works out.
Churlita, so does that mean you're going to come visit?
TERA, I will ask my mom to light a candle for you. And boy, I wish blogger would write your name in all caps since I see the comments and think it's Tara and vice versa.

It looks very nice...Brick is always a wise choice. It looks like (from afar) it is in good shape.
I like it, it looks nice and it'll be fun to decorate! You need wind chimes.
I must say, I do like brick. Flat roof sucks, but such is life!
Tara, I LOVE wind chimes, and my husband and I have some but he's getting them. :-( Trouble is, I don't really have a tree in this place!
You don't need a tree, necessarily, you could probably hang some chimes on that green awning there.
Impressive! May your new home be a place of peace and everything else that is good :-)
Yea! for your own space. it looks cool. I can't wait to see the inside.
I just love brick homes! I am praying that someday soon, I will be able to afford one!
